SKILLUE

OUR STORY
Skillue is a Swiss ICT startup in the HR & recruitment area. Innovation, flexibility & fast execution are the key drivers of our strategy to help us anticipate and meet customer needs in order to build valuable services for our stakeholders. Funded by the Swiss Innovation Agency, we have researched and developed in partnership with the Institute of Applied Information Technology (InIT) at Zurich University of Applied Sciences and their Information Engineering research group. Main focus has been to research on methodologies to analyze the HR and recruitment market based on the dynamic demand and supply of skills and to reflect those in a high dimensional vector space for an enhanced matching & benchmarking. Skillue now offers modules of their algorithms and technologies for job platforms & organizations directly.

The technological change happening in our society and in business is unstoppable. Organizations require technologies and tools allowing them to meet these challenges emerging with the technological change. As the market is moving fast, we stand for a skill-based talent and market analysis rather than focusing on educational metrics. TECHNOLOGY
Skillue uses data science technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning to create and develop algorithms to enhance the strategic workforce transformation in organizations.
These technologies have been funded by the Swiss Innovation Agency and have been researched and developed in partnership with the Institute of Applied Information Technology (InIT) at Zurich University of Applied Sciences and their Information Engineering research group.
